This painting represents another fishing adventure with world-renown photographer Pat Ford. We were fishing together at Blackfly Lodge in the Bahamas when we found a small group of tarpon hanging out in a small hole on the edge of a flat. Pat cast into the hole and picked up this guy who immediately headed up on the flat. After a quick fight Pat said "hold my beer".... no, he said "hold my rod." This fish painting is from one of the 30 or so photos Pat took.
