It’s always great to move your art around, it’s like moving into a new house. Same thing at Blackfly Lodge. This time I selected mostly my permit art to be shown as the lodge has become one of the premiere destinations for catching permit. There have been so many versions of my art on the walls of the lodge that I don’t remember them all. I was putting my originals there for years but recently substituted them for giclee prints. The reason for that is if someone wanted an original painting and they weren’t at the lodge, we had to get the painting from the lodge to the states and then ship it to the customer. This way, they could see an example of the painting but I still had the original in the studio and was easy to pack up and ship.
